Cor1312.com Terms of Service

1. Membership Requirement: Access to and use of the Cor1312.com video conferencing solution is exclusive to members of Immaculata Ministries, a Private Ministerial Association. By signing up for an account, whether free or paid, users voluntarily agree to become members of Immaculata Ministries and are bound by the terms and conditions of membership as outlined in this agreement and the general membership application. Membership can be terminated at any time by the member.

2. Inviting Non-Members: Members hosting meetings on Cor1312.com may invite non-members of the PMA to their meetings. Non-members invited to meetings are required to adhere to the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement during their participation in the meeting.

3. Private Domain Operation: Cor1312.com operates within the private domain of Immaculata Ministries and is not subject to standard public oversight. Members acknowledge that their use of the service is governed by the private rules and agreements of the PMA.

4. Use of Service: Members agree to use Cor1312.com in a manner consistent with the purpose of Immaculata Ministries and not for any unlawful or prohibited activities. Abusive, violent, menacing, destructive, or harassing behavior is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Privacy: Personal information and data generated during the use of Cor1312.com will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Immaculata Ministries.

6. Termination of Membership: Immaculata Ministries reserves the right to terminate the membership of any member who violates these Terms of Service or engages in conduct detrimental to the Association or its members.

7. Amendments: These Terms of Service may be amended from time to time by Immaculata Ministries. Members will be notified of any changes and continued use of Cor1312.com will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the common law of the private domain of Immaculata Ministries and not by statutory or regulatory law of public government.

9. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from the use of Cor1312.com will be resolved within the framework of Immaculata Ministries and not through public legal channels.

10. Acknowledgment: By using Cor1312.com, members acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
